Summary
Bones are White is the second eBook-only collection publushed by Dark Øverlord Media and featured nine thought-provoking short stories from Sigler's six years of weekly free audiobook podcasts. The compilation included more installments of the recent novella Hunter Hunterson & Sons, the Parsec Award-winning story Eusocial Networking, and a brand-new Kissyman tale, among other stories.
Strategy
The e-book version of Bones are White was released on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, by Dark Øverlord Media and is currently available in e-book versions compatible with Kindle, Nook, iPhone, Android, Blackberry, iPad, PC or Mac at all major book seller and at the store at ScottSigler.com. The downloadable podcast episode started release on July 14, 2013 and currently there are no plans for a print version of this compilation.
Awards & Achievements
Among the stories in the Bones are White compliation, is the award winning Eusocial Networking. In 2009, six entries of Sigler's works were made to the Parsec Awards steering committee. Three of Scott's works made it in the 2009 finals. It was revealed at the awards ceremony at Dragon*Con 2009, that for the second year in a row, Sigler won with Eusocial Networking taking the award for Best Speculative Fiction Story (Novella Form).
