Skyloaf Refinery Delta
Located in the armored wasteland city of Barrow's End, Skyloaf Refinery Delta is humanity's largest biomass processing facility. Constructed from salvaged kaiju plating and cooled with redirected glacial runoff, the refinery handles incoming Skyloaf from across the hemisphere.
Facility Highlights
- Intake Silos – Reinforced funnels where fresh Skyloaf lands are deposited. Each silo is rated to withstand impact from a 12-ton turd at terminal velocity.
- Biofiltration Towers – Remove toxic spores and kaiju enzymes using live cultures of engineered bacteria.
- Conversion Floor – Presses, heats, and separates Skyloaf into rations, burn-pellets, and injectable nutrient slurry.
- Stink Dome – Massive geodesic dome for off-gassing and methane capture; also the most common suicide location in the city.
- Waste Reclamation Pit – Where unusable remnants are dumped and occasionally clawed back by subterranean scavengers.
