Clarence Otto is a fictional character appearing in Scott Sigler’s novels Infected, Contagious, "Pandemic" and "Mount Fitz Roy"

Character Background

Otto is/was an operative for the United States Central Intelligence Agency(CIA). The character appears in the novels Infected, Contagious, "Pandemic" and "Mount Fitz Roy".

In the Infected Trilogy, he reported to Murray Longworth and supported Margaret Montoya in her investigation the outbreak of the Triangles. Otto and Montoya developed a romantic relationship and were married sometime before PANDEMIC occured.

Character History

Clarence served in the Army Rangers, then in the special forces. He was recruited into the CIA. After Pandemic, he joined the Department of Special Threats as a field agent reporting directly to DST Director Tim Feely.
