==Historical Notes==<br />
The Brigands were an original team in the Intergalactic Football League (IGFL), and were brought in as a Tier One team when the [[GFL]] resumed play in 2669. The Brigands have never fallen into Tier Two, and have qualified for the Tier One playoffs four times. Bord is the only Tier One team to be named after its owner instead of for a city or planet.<br />
