Icepick is an enlightened bounty hunter and hitman. He is known for clean, efficient kills, mostly delivered with bo shurikens (throwing spikes).
He has some Japanese ancestry, although little is known about his past.

- Bo shurkens: Icepick throws many kinds of bo shurkiens. His accuracy and power are incredible.
- Rei-tetsu: ("Iron Spirit"): 8.5" (21cm) spikes that can penetrate many types meshwork armor.
- Hi no Hari: ("Needle of fire"):
- Yumeikazuchi:("Dream Lightning Hammer"): Can go around corners as long as Icepick sees the target before the target is obscured.
- Kagemusha Rei: ("body double ghost"): When this spike hits an object, it creates a perfect illusion of another Icepick. The illusion pretends to attack the original target. The illusion is autonomous.
- Kagiwari Hari (Lock-Splitting Needle): This enchanted bo shuriken is etched with ancient meshwork runes that resonate with the mechanical and magical structures of locks. When inserted into a keyhole or lock seam, the Kagiwari Hari emits a faint, harmonic vibration that ‘sings’ to the tumblers or enchantments within. To an outside observer, the lock appears untouched—but from within, the pins realign, the wards unravel, and the mechanism yields silently.
- Jōko Sōken ("the Twin Blades of Joko": Forged in the ancient Jokotō period, a time when Japanese swords were evolving and blending influences from mainland Asia with local innovations, this pair of Wakizashis stands as a testament to early Japanese sword-making. While the curved katana would later become the iconic samurai sword, these blades represent an even older tradition, characterized by their straight, formidable blades.
