Steve Libby is a character in the novel The Starter by author Scott Sigler. The Starter is the sequel to the previously published novel, The Rookie.
Character Background
Steve Libby is the owner of the Galactic Football League (GFL) team named the Isis Ice Storm.
Description
From The Owner: Libby’s ice blue suit, white shirt, and teal tie matched his team’s colors. At around forty-five, he was one of the younger owners in the room—not counting Quentin, of course. Thinning blonde hair indicated he was comfortable in his own skin and didn’t feel the need for need cosmetic surgery.
