Character Background
Jimmy Chang is a Crime Scene Photographer with the San Francisco Police Department. He is on site for both the aftermath of the LiPo Lounge attack and the Alex Panos murder scene. Jimmy is the first to notice that the severed fingers found on the Alex Panos murder scene were used as writing instruments on the wall.
