Neighborhoods
Baron Ridge
The wealthiest neighborhood in Lumencia. This is where industrialists built their mansions at the turn of the 19th century, and the trend hasn't slowed. A mix of historic manors and avant-garde mansions, Baron Ridge is the place to be if you want people to know how wealthy you are.
=Residents of note
- Kellius Droman, who lives in the mansion built in 1860 by Arnie Cranwedge, a 19th century industrialist and noted occultist.
Collina Grove
Description: C-Grove had once housed many of the workers who’d kept Lumencia’s canneries, auto plants, and tank assembly lines going. The ‘hood was packed with ratty old apartment buildings and even a few free-standing houses, most of which are a good eighty years old.
Tollingwood
The home neighborhood of Billy Middleton. It's very run-down and full of low-income housing. Commonly referred to as "T-Wood."
Factory District
The site of Lumencia's WWII-era glory. Factories here built tanks, primarily. Canneries were another significant industry. All are gone now, leaving crumbling factory buildings in their wake,
Kendrick Heights
A high-crime area of working-class people, including many who live below the poverty line. Kendrick Heights borders the Luminara River.
Some of Lumencia's famous prohibition gangsters, such as Luco "Gasbag" Deluca, Donny "Sizzlechest" Franchetti hail from Kendrick Heights. Prohibition flourished there because of the long shoreline of the Luminaria River made it easy to bring in distilling supplies and to ship out finished booze.
Hilltop
Home of the Hilltop Projects low-income housing.
Stadium District
Where Frau Munda Stadium is located (the locals insist on calling it "Leopard Stadium," but you can't escape that Frau Munda branding).
Sports Teams
Lumencia Leopards, NFL
Lumencia Lancers, NBA
The Marsh
A large wetlands area similar to the New Jersey Meadowlands. Bad things go down in the Marsh.
