Basil Beverly is the Clostasecundo (next in line to be in charge) of the Bastion, and socius of Rochelle Kolar.
Appearance
Descriptions from SLAY 2:
- But Basil’s face was so damn punchable. Arrogance and old-world competence accented by bushy black eyebrows and a bald pate with… well… just perfect graying temples that made him look like the picture in the dictionary next to the word aristocrat.
