Samuel Franks is the son of Lincoln Franks.

At the time of SLAY Season One, Sam is twelve years old.

Samuel was abducted by Teddy Two-Fingers when Sam was seven years sold. Teddy sent Sam to The Shelf as a way to cause mental and emotional anguish to Lincoln.
