The Bastion

The Bastion is a monster-hunting organization. The Bastion includes:

• Clostator the head of the Bastion, equivalent to the Pope of the Catholic church. The Clostator calls all the shots.
  • In the series, this person used to be Jacoby Franks's fighting partner.
  • This person tried to get Lincoln to stay in the Bastion.
• Name lost for now the "Clostator-in-waiting."
  • In the series, this is Basil.
• Name lost for now the third-in-line to take over. In the series, this person is Shaheem.

• Rixators: The "fighter" class of the Bastion. Rixator is a bastardization of the the Latin work "Rixor," which means "brawler." Nickname: "rixie/rixies."
• Adjurators: The "sorcerer" class of the Bastion. Adjurator is an alternate version of "adiūrātor," Latin for a sorcerer or practitioner of magic. Nickname: "juro/juros."
• Monachus: A higher category of Bastion warrior that has both Rixator and Adjurator abilities. Nickname: "monk/monks."
