Character Background
Ying Hua is from a Sino station in the Neptune Net Colony. She was a card shark and con artist from an early age, often getting into trouble. When she was arrested for gambling with a marked deck, taking her victims for some 50,00c, she was given the option of enlisting or doing three years in jail. She enlisted in Fleet.
It is rumored Ying Hua has an inappropriate relationship with her younger cousin, Li Xiu Lan.
