Jacoby Franks, father of Lincoln Franks, is considered by many to be the greatest rixator of all time. Age 80, Jacoby currently lives at the Sunset House retirement home in Lumencia. Jacoby is wheelchair-bound, although the extent of his injuries are unknown. He was hurt in his final fight for the Bastion twenty years before the beginning of SLAY1.
