Character Background
André Vogel is the Director of the National Security Agency. He is only mentioned due to his involvement in the justified firing of ex NSA agent and Psychopath Kayla Meyers. As well as his reception of a phone call from Kayla during the events of Earthcore where she attempted to buy her re entry into the NSA
